Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeSeenFast website, mobile experience, APIs, and related services (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Motus Healthcare Ltd., a company registered in Ireland with its registered office at 10 Belarmine Grange, Stepaside, Dublin 18 ("we", "us", or "BeSeenFast"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About BeSeenFast
BeSeenFast is a digital marketplace that helps people in Ireland find and book healthcare providers (including GPs, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, opticians, vets, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and podiatrists) and nursing home beds. We also provide tools for healthcare providers, care home operators, and hospital-based medical professionals ("Medics") to manage listings, appointments, enquiries, discharge referrals, and payments.
BeSeenFast is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform is a communication and booking facilitator between you and the independent third-party healthcare professionals or businesses (collectively, "Providers") listed on it.
2. Healthcare Disclaimer — Important
Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, or any medical concern. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or 112 immediately, or go to your nearest Emergency Department. Do not rely on the Platform to obtain urgent or emergency care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Ireland to create an account. You may book appointments on behalf of your children or other family members in your care.
4. Your Account
When you create an account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@beseenfast.com of any suspected unauthorised use.
You may have one account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
5. Appointment Requests and Bookings
When you request an appointment through the Platform, we forward your request to the Provider for their response. A booking is not confirmed until the Provider accepts it. Providers are solely responsible for the appointments they accept, the care they deliver, and their compliance with applicable professional and regulatory standards (including those of the Medical Council, Dental Council, CORU, IVC, or equivalent bodies).
You agree to attend confirmed appointments on time or cancel in line with the Provider's published cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees being charged in accordance with the Provider's cancellation policy.
6. Payments and Fees
Where a Provider has enabled payments on the Platform, payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited via Stripe Connect. By booking and paying for an appointment you also agree to the Stripe Services Agreement.
Depending on the Provider's policy, you may be charged: (a) the full consultation fee at booking, (b) a partial deposit at booking with the balance payable to the Provider directly, or (c) a pre-authorisation "hold" on your card that is only captured if you no-show or cancel late. The applicable policy is shown before you confirm payment.
BeSeenFast charges a platform fee (currently 5%) to Providers on transactions processed through Stripe Connect. We do not charge patients a platform fee for using the Platform.
Refunds are governed by the Provider's cancellation policy. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
7. Provider Obligations
If you are a Provider, Medic, or care home operator, you represent and warrant that you hold all qualifications, registrations, and insurances required to practice your profession or operate your business in Ireland, and that the information you publish on the Platform is accurate and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for the care and services you deliver to patients. You agree to respond to appointment requests and enquiries in a timely manner and to honour confirmed bookings.
Medics registering for the Medic Portal must provide valid credentials (for example, a CORU number, a Medical Council / Dental Council registration number, or an @hse.ie email). We may verify credentials and refuse or revoke Medic access if the information provided cannot be verified.
8. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (for example, listing text, photos, patient enquiry details). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Platform.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or that contains personal data of another person you are not authorised to share.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose; (b) scrape, copy, or republish listings or content except with our written permission; (c) interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the Platform's security; (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a Provider, practice, or care home; (e) submit fraudulent bookings or enquiries; (f) use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its branding, design, logos, text, software, and databases, is owned by Motus Healthcare Ltd. or our licensors and is protected by Irish and EU intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates third-party services including Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Microsoft Azure (hosting and database), and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of the Platform may involve those third parties processing your data on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeSeenFast is not liable for: (a) any act, omission, advice, or service of any Provider; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeSeenFast and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Platform.
15. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@beseenfast.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
